Post-Doctoral Training Program

Currently, Oakes only offers post-doc positions to current pre-doctoral interns. Oakes offers 2 full time, paid positions. Training and position requirements are tailored to each post-doc’s desires and needs in their second year at Oakes. An emphasis is placed on developing professional identity, mentorship, leadership, supervision, and working toward licensure. Post-docs have opportunities to co-lead seminars, mentor interns and trainees, work more independently, and to work more or less in programs of their choice at Oakes. They are provided with a minimum of 2 hours weekly of individual supervision as well as 2 hours of group supervision.
