The mission of Oakes Children's Center is to help developmentally delayed and emotionally disturbed children develop the independence and self-awareness necessary to live and continue learning in the least restrictive setting possible within their local community.

We serve children with developmental delays and/or severe emotional disturbances. A safe, structured and nurturing therapeutic environment is crucial in helping these children, whether day treatment or outpatient, to learn, thrive and function independently within their community.

We provide high quality therapeutic and educational programs, services and facilities that add value and significance to our client's lives.
