Oakes’ Partnership Program with San Francisco Unified School District 

 

Along with our Outpatient Program, Oakes’ Partnership Program delivers a variety of mental health services to individuals at over 60 public school sites located throughout San Francisco Unified School District. Qualified therapists meet with students at their schools for individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, and consultation support for our clients’ teaching and support staff. Some of our staff join clients in SOAR (Success, Opportunity, Achievement, Resiliency) classrooms, supporting the client in their school classroom. The goal of Oakes’ Partnership Program is to deliver mental health service to clients during the day in their schools in order to improve their access to and participation in learning, school activities, social settings, and to help maintain these students in a mainstream school environment.
